Description

uvex vimox – the universal visor for a wide range of helmets
------------------------------------------------------------

The uvex vimox combines versatility and protection, allowing not only our own uvex helmets but also helmets from almost 20 other manufacturers to be fitted with our universal visor. Features including the large, scratch-resistant and anti-fog polycarbonate visor lens and its unique resting position leave nothing to be desired. The detachable and therefore replaceable visor lens is a very useful gadget.

- Complete pre-assembled visor system with polycarbonate visor
- Robust polycarbonate visor with uvex supravision excellence coating: anti-fog on the inside, extremely scratch- and chemical-resistant on the outside
- Certified for areas of application 3 (liquids) and 9 (molten metal and hot solids)
- Visor has variable locking positions thanks to a spring-loaded mechanism, central resting position above the head
- Replaceable spare parts e.g. lens

**Comfort features**

- Central resting position above the head to avoid strain on the neck
- Anti-fog on the inside, extremely scratch- and chemical-resistant on the outside (uvex supravision excellence)
- Maximum freedom of movement

- Certified to EN 166 (personal eye protection) and EN 170 (UV protection filter)

- Can be combined with the uvex airwing safety helmet
- Can be combined with the uvex super boss safety helmet
- Can be combined with the uvex pheos B-S-WR industrial safety helmet as well as the uvex pheos alpine safety helmet for working at heights
- Can be combined with the uvex K1H and K2H earmuffs
