At the world leading PPE fair, A+A 2019 in Duesseldorf, uvex unveils the new and unique uvex phynomic airLite safety gloves range for mechanical risks according to EN 388. The pioneering new gloves line with knitted 18-gauge liner offers perfect fit like a second skin in combination with cut protection levels A, B and C. An optimum grip and high dexterity is guaranteed by the new developed "airLite" coating. The gloves are suitable for working with almost all industrial screens, smartphones and tablets. In addition they are prepared for ESD applications.
The ultimate tactical feel
The unique combination of an 18-gauge liner (polyamide, elastane, carbon) that is perfectly tailored to the shape of the hand and the newly developed „airLite“ aqua-polymer coating ensures the highest sensitivity and tactile feel for precision work or when handling very small and fine components. The uvex phynomic airLite are like a second skin providing secure handling and exceptional wearer comfort whether in dry or slighly damp or oily work environments.
Touch-screen compatibility
The digitalisation of industrial production ( industry 4.0) is still on ist way. With their touch-screen compatibility for use on almost all screens, tablets and smartphones, the uvex phynomic airLite ESD safety gloves will ensure working state of the art in all digitalized production areas. Gloves can be kept on at all times, reducing the risk of injuries and increases the productivity due to less time wasted by putting gloves on and off.
ESD: Safety for people and products
All uvex phynomic airLite ESD protective gloves are suitable for use in ESD areas in accordance with DIN EN 16350:2014. Thanks to the carbon incorporated in the liner, components will be protected throughout critical production steps and employees will be able to work safely in sensitive conditions, such as potentially explosive athmospheres.
